John 15:12
“This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.”
Love is a verb! It requires action to be achieved.

In John 15, Jesus teaches about abiding in Him—the true Vine. After describing how spiritual fruit comes from remaining connected to Him, He gives this defining command: love one another.
