Where Do I Stand???

Here at Hope Scribed, everything begins with grace.

Our very lives exist only because of the wisdom and eternal nature of God. He looked at broken people like me—and like you—and still chose to create us, still chose to call us His children. At the end of each day, no matter what dirt or scars we’ve picked up along the way, He is the Father who gently wipes us clean.

His love runs so deep, you’ll never find the bottom.
His peace is so steady, it silences every storm.
His forgiveness stretches so wide that even when people mock Him—calling Him “sky daddy” or sneering, “Who still believes that anymore? Christians have been saying that for 2,000 years!”—He doesn’t lash out. Instead, He patiently waits. Why? Because His heart is that no one should perish, but that everyone would come to know the goodness of the Living God who reigns over the universe.

That’s the hope that carries us. That’s the grace that defines us.

So, who is God?

He is the Creator of the universe, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
He is the One who rained fire on Sodom and Gomorrah, who designed the whale that swallowed Jonah, who split the Red Sea wide open. He is the God who shook Egypt until Pharaoh’s grip broke—not only releasing Israel from slavery but sending them out with the very wealth their pain had built.

He is the God who stood in the furnace with the three boys and kept the flames from burning them.
And He is the same God who reached into my life—pulling me out of trauma, abuse, addiction, suffering, depression, and identity struggles.

That’s just the headline miracles. There are countless other moments where His hand has carried me when nothing else could.

So if the God I serve can do all of that, He can certainly help you, too.

Stick around here at Hope Scribed. Ask your questions. I love to dig deep, research hard, and wrestle for real answers about God—because He’s too big and too good to ignore.

Where does my voice come from?

I know plenty of folks around here already understand the way I talk and the way I carry myself. I’m not the most polished, and I’ll be the first to admit that language and grammar aren’t my strongest skills. But here’s the thing—God still puts messages in my heart that deserve to be shared.

That’s why I lean on technology like AI. It takes my unstructured, sometimes messy words and helps shape them into something clearer—something that logical, detail-oriented brains can process without losing the heartbeat of what I’m trying to say.

But don’t get it twisted—the words are still mine. The work is still mine. The late nights, the wrestling with God, the digging into Scripture, the treasure hunts for information—that’s all me. AI just acts like a helpful editor, organizing my thoughts and polishing my rough edges so that my message doesn’t get lost in translation.

I know some people are skeptical, even biased against AI. All I ask is that you take the time to look past the polish and see the heart behind it. This blog isn’t about perfection—it’s about sharing the truth of God, raw and real, in a way that connects.
